What was I doing wrong? Why wasn't my house selling? I had a Realtor that seemed to know what she was doing. I had watched all the house selling programs on HGTV. I kept the place clean and clutter free; the grass was mowed every three days and I even baked a dozen cookies before every showing so my house smelled great. After six months on the market, seventy showings, and a reduction in price, I gave up.
Then Janice Jaworski came into my life. "Just give me a crack at it!" she said, "I know I can sell it". I had had a couple of months to de-stress and gave her the go ahead. She suggested a couple of minor changes, swept in with her staging crew and we were off and running. The sold sign appeared in just 12 days!
Not only did Janice manage to magically sell my house but she was tireless in helping me find a new place to live. She's always positive, cheerful and seems to have an endless supply of energy. If you want to sell or buy a house I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge of the business is deep and broad. She is great at what she does.

After 6 months and 70+ showings, my nice home was still unsold. Why wasn't it selling? I watched all the "designed to sell" programs. My home was lovely and very clean. I had cleared away the knick-knacks and personal items. I was frustrated, irritated and exhausted. After 2 months of rest and relaxation, I decided to get back in the game.
